Hi!
I'm sure you want to know a little about me. I'm Debbie, most people call me Little Debbie for my energy and smile. I love helping others. What I have found is that when I help someone else, I'm motivated to do bigger and better things! So I'm following my passion!
I've spent the last 6 years helping others through play. Working in Direct Sales, I started with a particular biz because I wanted the products and love to play! I did not realize what I had gotten myself into or what a blessing it would be for our family during financial hardships. I never thought I'd do sales, but I was having fun! I didn't feel like I was selling! I was playing and no one could convince me otherwise.
Others saw me having fun and they wanted to join! Before I knew it, I was a manager and kept building my business.
Through my journey with this company, I learned the importance of:
- Loving and believing in what you do
- Setting goals and mapping them out
- Being held accountable
- Pushing yourself to step beyond your comfort zone
- Learning from others
- Learning from every success & mistake
- Balancing family & work
I've had the opportunity to work with over 100 team members in building their dreams and achieving their success.
The second half of my journey brought me online where I became very involved in message boards and helping others. OK, I came to recruit, but found that I was enjoying myself and loved giving advice to others. I found friendships and motivation. Before I knew it, I was a CL for a board helping others starting from home! Not long after, another board asked me if I was unofficially hosting their board and offered me the position. I've spent a lot of time helping others find their perfect home business match.
I have also found this to be one of the most rewarding things I do! Which brings me here, to this point, and getting to help you!
We are going to have fun! But we are going to work!
Who says hard work can't be fun?
So much can be learned from everything we do!
Believe in yourself! Be coachable! And follow your heart!
Debbie
